Accessibility Statement
LWR Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Kontracks is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards across our products.
1. Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The current target for the Kontracks web application and marketing site is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We measure conformance through internal automated tooling (axe-core), keyboard-only walkthroughs, and periodic third-party audits.
"Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. Specifically:
- Some legacy proposal templates uploaded by Customers may not include alternative text for embedded images; we are progressively migrating these to a template format that requires alt text.
- The satellite-measurement and photo-markup tools rely on pointer interaction; we are working on a keyboard-driven workflow and a screen-reader narration of the measurement results.
- Real-time chart data updates may not always announce changes to screen readers.
2. Features that support accessibility
- Semantic HTML throughout, with landmark regions, proper headings, and ARIA attributes where roles are not implicit;
- Visible focus indicators and a logical tab order on all interactive elements;
- Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA on body text and interactive elements;
- Keyboard operability for all primary workflows (create lead, send invoice, mark job complete, accept proposal);
- Form labels associated with their controls and error messages announced to assistive technologies;
- Text resizing supported up to 200% without loss of content or function;
- Captions or transcripts for all instructional video content we publish.
3. Mobile application
The Kontracks iPhone field application uses native iOS UI components and supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, increased contrast, and reduced motion at the operating-system level.
4. Compatibility
Kontracks is designed to be compatible with current versions of the following assistive technologies:
- VoiceOver on macOS (Safari) and iOS (Safari);
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows (Chrome and Edge);
- TalkBack on Android (Chrome);
- Browser zoom up to 200%.
5. Known issues we are actively addressing
We maintain an internal accessibility backlog. Common items on it include keyboard parity for canvas-based measurement tools, ARIA live-region updates on long-running background syncs, and improved heading hierarchies inside dense data tables. We prioritize accessibility issues with the same severity-based triage we use for security and reliability issues.
6. Reporting an accessibility barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Kontracks platform, please tell us:
- Email: accessibility@kontracks.com
- Mail: LWR Technologies, Inc., Attn: Accessibility, 390 NE 191st St STE 32488, Miami, FL 33179, USA
Please include the URL, a brief description of the issue, the assistive technology you are using, and any error messages or behavior observed. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two (2) business days and to provide a resolution timeline appropriate to the severity of the barrier.
7. Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with a relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction. In the United States, complaints about accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act may be filed with the U.S. Department of Justice. In the European Union, your national accessibility authority publishes a complaint procedure under the Web Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/2102).
8. Date of this statement
This Accessibility Statement was last reviewed and updated on June 18, 2026. We review it at least annually, and after any significant change to the Kontracks platform.
